Before joining IIM Kashipur, he has served at IIM Raipur and LBSIM, Delhi.

  • Prof. Mridul Maheshwari - Asst .Professor

    Prof. Mridul Maheshwari is a professor in the organizational behavior and human resource management department at IIM Kashipur. She earned her doctorate in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. Before joining IIM Kashipur, she served as a faculty member at IIM Udaipur and Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

    Dr. Harish Kumar has a doctorate degree from the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He also holds a Master's degree in Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Hyderabad. Before joining IIM Kashipur, he worked as an Assistant Professor at IIM Bodh Gaya.

The course curriculum is interesting, and certain subjects are unnecessary, but it is manageable.
