Admission Process

• To initiate the application process, candidates must visit the university's official website and complete the online application form.
• Aspiring candidates should meet the university's eligibility criteria for their desired program. This encompasses academic qualifications, the minimum percentage threshold, and relevant entrance examination scores.
• Applicants seeking admission to specific programs may be mandated to take entrance exams such as JEE Main, NATA, CAT, MAT, among others. The results of these tests serve as an integral aspect of the university's selection procedure.
• Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria are subsequently shortlisted for further stages, which may include personal interviews, group discussions, or skill appraisals based on the program's requirements and entrance exam outcomes.

Fee Payment

It is mandatory for students to remit the stipulated fees via the online portal during their enrollment. The admission portal accepts various payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, UPIs, wallets, and net banking. In the case of payments made through demand drafts, they must be drawn in favor of "Chitkara University" and payable at Chandigarh.

EMI options

Students can obtain a loan at zero-interest EMI for their academic-related expenditures. This allows them to distribute their tuition fees across multiple months without incurring any additional fees.

Exam Procedure 

The assessment consists of two components: an internal assessment worth 30 marks and a final exam worth 70 marks.

Internal Assessment (30 marks): This includes quizzes, assignments, group projects, and other activities throughout the semester.

Final Exam (70 marks): The final exam will be conducted online at the end of the semester. You will need to log in with your assigned username and password from your own location and follow the university's online proctoring guidelines.
