EMI Facility:

Students are required to fill out the No Cost EMI Application Form as part of the formal admission process. The EMI tenure offered is 12 months.
The Facility for financing based on EMI options is provided by a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) to the students.
By choosing this Finance option, the students acknowledge that they are applying for a loan from the NBFC partner of the University, and the loan is subject to the eligibility criteria set by the NBFC.
It is important to note that the University has only extended this facility to its students, and the Finance is not under its jurisdiction.
Students must adhere to all the norms laid out by the NBFC regarding the Loan facility opted for, and admission is subject to the eligibility criteria set by the university.

Admission Procedure:

Applications for Suresh Gyan Vihar University's distance learning programs are accepted online. To apply, interested students must fill out the application form available on the Suresh Gyan Vihar University - Distance Education website and provide the necessary supporting documentation for uploading to the site.
Depending on the course chosen by the applicant, payment needs to be made.

Exam Evaluation:

The Continuous Evaluation (30% Component) will be based on assignments, which will include various question formats. The weightage of this component will be 30%. Supplementary reading material will not be required.
Term End Examinations (70% Component) will be conducted twice a year at designated centers and will carry a weightage of 70%. Students must be registered in the program, submit the required number of assignments on time, and submit duly filled Examination forms along with prescribed fees on or before the due dates to appear for these examinations.

Assessment for practical courses will be carried out at designated institutions, and attendance for practicals will be mandatory. Assessment for practicals will be based on performance during practical sessions (60% component) and examination conducted by an external examiner on the last day of the practical session (40% component).
