This program will help a student to acquire knowledge of the traditional general principles and characteristics of financial management. Significant financial activities are related to a setting or achieving successful business goals. This may include directing and managing activities such as financial planning, organization, raising and using company funds, and security analysis, Portfolio Management, Strategic Financial Management, Banking Principles and Practices, and more.

Learners will graduate from the curriculum with a solid understanding of the finance field. Additionally, they will learn crucial information on how to coordinate any organization's financial strategy with changes in the financial and economic environment.

Learning Pedagogy

All degree courses or programs offered by Amity Online have their own learning portal where live lectures, sessions, and webinars are conducted. Students at Amity Online University have access to their academic records, can monitor their progress, and can consult their academic calendars through a learning management system (LMS) with an effective user interface.

Students can learn at their own speed by having access to the recorded lectures whenever it is convenient for them. Students can appreciate the convenience of taking classes or other activities when it is most comfortable for them. Additionally, students have the option of taking tests from any location or of extending their semesters by just two more years.

Learning opportunities are available for every undergraduate, graduate, diploma, and other course with the price of just one degree. Amity online allows students the freedom to acquire cross-functional skills with access credentials. Amity has scheduled daily live classes from 11:00 am to 9:45 pm online.

Total 99 Credits

The Master of Commerce programme, which lasts for two years and four semesters, seeks to provide working professionals and recent graduates with the necessary knowledge and abilities in financial management. A student can learn about general, accepted ideas and characteristics of financial management through the curriculum.

Amity Online M.COM Requirements in India:

Students with Indian Nationals

10th Class Certificate (completing 10 years of formal schooling)
12th Class Certificate (completion 12 years of formal schooling)
Graduation Degree (3 years or 4 years degree program. Diploma will not be acceptable) as per mentioned conditions: BBA/ BBS or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

Students with Foreign Nationals

O Level Certificate (completing 10 years of formal schooling. Diploma will not be acceptable)
A Level Certificate (completing 12 years of formal schooling. Diploma will not be acceptable)
Graduation Degree with minimum 40% or equivalent marks (3 years or 4 years degree program. Diploma will not be acceptable) as per mentioned conditions: BBA / BBS or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
Any Bachelor’s Degree with 36 months of executive work experience (supported by Employer issued documents)
A certificate of equivalence from the Association of Indian Universities is required from students with foreign education to apply in any university in INDIA.

Numerous scholarship programmes are offered to students by the institute:

Students who received 60% or higher in the qualifying examination will only receive a 10% discount on the whole fee or the first instalment (As Paid)

Amity University is offered a 100% government of India scholarship.

NOTE: The Scholarship Program will only be available to students who are Indian citizens.

The scholarship programme will not cover B. Com, diploma, or certificate programmes.
The Scholarship Program is only applicable for the January 2020 Session.
When the candidate presents the degree and grade cards/mark sheet claiming 60% on the qualifying exams, only a 10% scholarship discount will be applied to the second year's tuition in result-awaited circumstances. Once the session is formally deemed closed, a reimbursement of the scholarship amount will begin if the entire cost was paid.

Admission & Payment

Application & Admission Process:

For the application form, the applicant has to pay Rs. 1,100. Applications for admission to Amity University Online can be submitted in three ways. Candidates may select whichever option best fits them.

Option 1: Apply Online, Upload Documents, Pay

Option 2: Download the offline application form, attach the required documents, and send it to the institution.

Option 3: Purchase your admission package through the Amity Info Center at any of Amity's campuses in Noida, Lucknow, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Gwalior, Kolkata, Mumbai and Raipur. Download the university prospectus from the official ADOBE website for complete information on how to apply for Amity's programs.

Payment Process:

Students can make payment via online banking, a credit card, or a debit card.
They can utilise Paytm option
A student can make payment through NEFT/RTGS at the bank (NO IMPS)
Payments of fees can be done via cash, pay order, or demand draught at an Axis Bank branch.
Students can also pay their fees at the Amity University Campus using a demand draught or pay order.

Documents Required:

10th class certificates or O level are accepted (a diploma earned after completing 10 years of formal education)
Certificate from the 12th grade or an A-level (a diploma earned after completing 12 years of formal education is not accepted)
Graduation degree (3 years or 4 years degree program. Diploma will not be acceptable) , in case of any post graduate course application
The uploaded documents must be attested copies.

Exam & Evaluation

The online learning management system, or LMS, is used by Amity Online University to administer exams in accordance with the new requirements (learning management system). Internal, external, and other project-related examinations are also part of the exam format. Exam weighting is as follows:

Internal Assessment (Assignments) carries a total score of 30%.
The external assessment (end-of-term test) carries an overall score of 70%.
Subjective in Section A, Case Studies in Section B, and MCQs in Section C.

The minimum requirements for passing are 5 SGPA and 6 CGPA (semester grade point average) (cumulative grade point average)
